Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hosta. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
- Hosta provides booking and property management software for hosts: a booking calendar, direct booking pages, guest management, calendar sync, and related tools.
- Hosta is a software tool. You remain responsible for your listings, pricing, guest relationships, local regulations, taxes, and the accuracy of the information you publish.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
- New host accounts are reviewed before activation. We may decline or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Pricing and trial
- Hosta costs $15/month for your first property and $6/month for each additional property. Every plan starts with a 1-month free trial; no credit card is required to start.
- Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. You can cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts.
Your data and your guests' data
- You own the business data you enter into Hosta and the guest data your guests submit. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for handling your guests' personal data lawfully — for example, honoring their requests to correct or delete their details.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to breach the security or tenant isolation of the service, scrape other hosts' data, send spam through Hosta's email features, or use the service for unlawful content or activity.
Availability and liability
- We work to keep Hosta reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosta's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
- Bookings are agreements between you and your guests; Hosta is not a party to them.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
